HBSE has a silly habit of providing answers keys (it did last time in june 2009 STET also) for STET exams without providing any question paper. I just wonder how on earth anybody can remember exactly what option they marked for 400 questions. Also they are notorious for providing/revising result multiple times. I am doubtful if they are ever sure of their answer keys :-)
